We become your outsourced IT department.

We agree at the start of the contract the items and tasks we are responsible for, agree the budget and after that you phone us for any IT issue and we will resolve it.

• Anti-virus and anti-spam procedures

The 'Managed Office' solution provides a 'loaner' lap-top for you to use while we fix your failed hardware. This can get you up and running again after hardware failure within an hour, depending on your IT architecture and location.
