InfoCentrality provide a remote support solution for business users through our Rapid Response Remote Support help-desk
With expertise in Windows, Unix, Linux and mixed environments, InfoCentrality provide knowledgeable, professional advice and support to business users.
The ability to remotely access machines as if sitting in front of them means most routine tasks are a simple job for our experienced staff. Printer driver and software installation, software maintenance, OS and anti-virus updates and most other problems can be solved with a single phone call.
Our standard remote support package costs £40 per hour, however, buying in advance could save you money. Prices exclude VAT.

Our pre-paid remote support time blocks are subject to a minimum spend equivalent to 1 hour a month.

On site Support
When remote support isn't enough. If the problem requires a physical presence in your office, to fault find, roll out new hardware etc. InfoCentrality can help.
We charge £45 for the first half hour, then £22.50 per subsequent half hour. Prices exclude VAT.
Booking larger blocks of time will save you money.
